Games are once per week on Wednesday/Thursday night at the Loyalist College dome. Games start between 6 and 10pm. All games are 1 hour long and are refereed.
The season runs from Oct.10 – Apr. 4 with a two week break at Christmas and a one week break during March break. Each team will play 23 games. For the first half of the season, all teams will play in one division. After Christmas, the league will split into two divisions based on the standings. The season start date will be adjusted based on the number of teams we have, in order to ensure that the first half of the season wraps up before the Christmas break.
The team cost will be $2865 plus $30 per player. For example, for a team of 15 players the total cost would be $3,315.00
A deposit of $500 per team is required to reserve a spot in the league. It is not necessary to have all of the paperwork completed before making a deposit, a deposit can be made to ensure your place in the league and then all paperwork and remaining money will be brought to the registration night. Spots will be held for returning teams until Wednesday August 15th. If a deposit is not received by this time the spot will be opened up - these spots will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that there may be an opportunity for the league to expand should new teams be interested in joining.
A mandatory registration night/pre-season meeting will be held on Thursday August 30th from 7:30 – 9:00pm at The Wellness Centre in the fireplace room (located off the Family Dental Centre Area - Enter through back doors by pool). All paperwork must be submitted at this meeting. (All forms can be found by clicking the "Handout: Registration Documents" link below).
The team rep must bring the following from every player (please note there are separate registration packages for players under 18) :
- a signed Player Registration Form
- a signed Participation Agreement
- a signed Player Discipline Contract
The team rep must also bring :
- a completed Team Registration Form
- a completed Team Rep Form
- completed Team Official Registration Forms (if applicable)
- one (1) cheque for the full team amount (minus the $500 deposit).
Cheques should be made out to “Bay of Quinte Women’s Indoor Soccer League”. One cheque/money order for the full team amount must be submitted. Multiple cheques or cash payments will not be accepted.
Team reps are responsible to ensure that all forms are completed in their entirety (including player registration forms). Incomplete player regstrations will not be accepted.
